“Having kids definitely takes its toll on the body,” says Gunvalson, who makes sure to get an hour of exercise like running or weight training into her daily routine. “When you grow up and you want to be the best you can be, you do what you have to do.”
“I try to do it a little bit, I don’t want to look like a Barbie doll,” she said. “I try to look as natural as possible.”
Judge Tamra stabbed herself five times to give her confidence – but she has no regrets.
“It is what it is,” the Real Housewives of Orange County star told PEOPLE. “This is a choice for me, I’m not doing it for the public, or my husband, it’s something you do to enjoy yourself.”

This is the beginning. “I had them done after my third child. I thought that instead of getting a lift, I would fill up more skin,” he said. “This is a big mistake because they are big.”
The judge has already reduced her breasts, and the implants were completely removed about three years ago. Recently, he decided to bring them back inside.
“This time, because I exercise a lot and most of my breasts are just physical, I decided to get smaller implants,” she said. “They are too small to be perfect.”

“Two years ago I had my nose fixed. Since I was under anesthesia (which I totally despised) I had @drghavami do a few adjustments so I didn’t have to go through the fillers. I hate fillers and they are so expensive… @drghavami likes to say “keep guessing” so I’ll leave it at that.
I had a really hard time getting used to my new nose especially the first year. Although my Dr is amazing at what he does, he has completely changed my appearance. I have the famous round Italian and now I have this small, perfect nose. It’s a big adjustment, especially if you’ve lived with the same face for 45 years.”
“But now most of the swelling is gone. (I used to get swollen easily, to this day if I eat too much milk or whole salt my face burns) I’ve grown to love my new one. The small nose makes me. I’ve grown too” “fix” makes me look new. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve always looked younger than me because of good genes and lots of water 💁🏼♀️ ass husband 🤗) but if you have the chance to do something better why not? “, she continued.
